Free Remote Webcam Software

I am looking for some software that allows someone to login and view a webcam remotely (ie: view office from home). Weather this is web-based or software (client-server) based it doesnt matter, but it needs to be free.

Extra pluses would be the ability to record and save from the live feed.

ya could get a free domain at dyndns.. and install the app on your pc so when your ip changes it updates and dyndns, and will always point to your pc. or maybe your router has a dynamic dns feature that ya set your dyndns User/Pass... just a suggestion i used it before for a ftp serv workd out perfect...
